Rainbow nation of Seychelles loses one of its most colourful sons

The rainbow nation of Seychelles is mourning the loss of one of its most colourful sons.

Achille Kwame Luc — a well-known artist, a promoter of the islands’ rich culture and heritage, an environmentalist, an ardent supporter of human rights, and a peace lover — was laid to rest on Monday.

Kwame, his African name which he adopted, died last week following a short illness.
